My name is Amos Cordell and I am the Owner/President of A.C.E. Home Repairs & Improvements. I specialize in doing quality home improvements at affordable prices. That is not an oxymoron; it really is possible. I also pride myself on being prompt, reliable and trustworthy, something that seems to be a rarity in the home improvement business.
I have over 27 years of experience most of which came from doing my own repairs and remodeling jobs. That grew into doing the same for family, friends and neighbors. That grew into doing the same for their families, friends and neighbors (a lot of referrals). I have done everything from the smallest electrical or plumbing job (hanging ceiling fans, changing faucets) to complete basement build outs, kitchen remodels and complete structure rehabs for investors. I am fully insured and carry 2 million dollars of general liability insurance as well as personal injury insurance.
I am a stickler for detail and all of my work is done as if I were doing it in my own home. I have handpicked the most experienced, reliable and trustworthy tradesmen who have met my minimum standards of ten years experience and 100% customer satisfaction ratings (I checked!!). These are skilled craftsmen who have worked for me on many jobs, not someone I picked up on the side of the road.
I have a very easy pricing plan for my estimates. I look at the job and think about what I would be willing to pay someone to do right it for me and use that as my estimate.
