Interior Painting
We will fill all holes, gouges and cracks in all surfaces to be painted, including but not limited to walls, ceilings, doors, door jambs, window frames, and baseboards and all filled areas will be sanded smooth. All door jambs and baseboards will be recaulked. All woodwork will be wiped down with a cleaner. All floors, furniture, countertops, tubs, etc., will be covered to prevent any damage. We use only the highest quality interior paint products.

Exterior Painting
We will power wash all exterior surfaces and apply a mildewcide to help slow the regrowth of mildew. We will scrape all loose, flaking or peeling paint, fill all cracks, gouges and holes in walls, window frames, doors and door jambs. We will sand all surfaces to remove rough edges. We will recaulk all door jambs, and window frames. We will reset all protruding nails, fill the nail holes, and prime all bare wood and stains with stain killer/primer. We use only the highest quality exterior paint products.
